A new temp staff member in HR is tasked with organizing payroll CSVs. Unaware of the network architecture, they drag a folder containing 500 employee MyNumber (Social Security), address, and bank account records into a "Shared NAS" folder. Standard NAS software immediately blind-syncs this folder to Google Drive, violating GDPR and local data protection laws instantly.
Before the NAS initiates the upload, the DaviSync Cloud Audit API inspects the CSV. The AI identifies the 12-digit MyNumber patterns and standard payroll headers. The API rejects the upload with a "PII Detected" status. DaviSync moves the file to an encrypted local vault instead, ensuring human error never translates into a corporate data breach.
